Why this is an excellent book Oct 23, 2007
I've been practicing t'ai chi for two years and I have found that this book gives the most lucid description of the various positions of the hands and feet for the 24 form. Anyone who begins t'ai chi or who has mastered the basic should find this work quite helpful. It is also quite correct in the sense that it follows exactly the 24 form as "approved" by the Chinese authorities.
True, there are a few misprints and the "cockerel" positions have been simplified but the book remains one of my favorites.
