Reviews - What do customers think about Into the Bible Every Day?
a must read devotional for believers and non believers Mar 17, 2007
James D Moss has written a comprehensive study inspired by some of the toughest issues the Bible has for any reader. His theology is rooted in the life of Christ adding commentary that is universal. He has organized chapters for daily reflection. At the end of a long day when the mind is exhausted his book breathes life into selected verses and one can put out the light before sleep with a new replenished spirit. Believers have solid exegesis and non believers will feel the friendly non judgemental views of a great timeless book, the Bible written by a skilled writer and theologian.
A Wonderful Devotional Dec 7, 2006
As a devotional companion to the Bible, Moss's book is a delight -- well-written, perceptive, and wise. I especially like his descriptions of how he managed to graduate from a prestigious university despite his blindness (caused by being born as a "26-week preemie") and despite his years in Special Education classes.
