Publishers Description Author Howie Gardner confronts some hard issues in his book 'The Church and Terry Schiavo.' Her death was desired by the healthiest of the secular community within our nation, and that poisoned ideology is confronted in these hard-hitting pages. Those in the medical community disagreed on whether or not Terri could be rehabilitated. Our nation was split over the question of killing an innocent woman or allowing her to live. It is the goal of this book to demonstrate not only the true definition of a human being, but to alert people to the dangers of a secular, atheistic, and bigoted ideology that considers it a waste to see earth's resources consumed by anyone not measuring up to their standards. Truth is a funny thing. It holds on to you, even when you try to let it go. You will not be the same after reading this book. Truth won't allow it.

Reviews - What do customers think about The Church and Terri Schiavo: Living the Truth in a Culture of Death?
The Church and Terri Schiavo Mar 28, 2006
Author Howie Gardner digs deep into the meat of what really happened to Terri. She wasn't on life support she was only on a feeding tube. She could breath on her own, her heart beat on it's own and she probably could have eaten on her own if she were allowed to. People need to be more compassionate of the disabled and not so eager to "put them out of their misery." Many of us believe that Terri wanted to live. Is there a deeper story behind why her husband didn't want her to?
