Reviews - What do customers think about Grace: The Power to Reign?
Finally...Romans made sense!! Jan 31, 2006
As a person who grew up in church, I was very familiar with Paul's letter to the Romans. I attempted reading it several times over the course of my life, but wading through Paul's eloquent correspondence seemed more like gnawing on 100-year-old jerky to me. Then I read "Grace: The Power To Reign," and though it took reading the book 3 times through to shed the years of negative affect the Law had on me, it finally sunk in. God desires us to be TRULY FREE! Eberle simply and clearly explains that God's grace is more than a catalyst to eternal salvation--it is a resource pouring down from God every minute of every day. He shares about the difference between grace and mercy, and how grace is not "carte blanche" to live without any kind of restraint. He also explains how we can move out from under the Power of Sin and Death and step into the Power of Grace and Life! I firmly believe that every Follower of Christ should read this book at least 3 times...just to be sure it really sinks in!! =0)
