Inspirational for even the non-professional Feb 1, 2008
.I was overjoyed to find out that this book was in existence!!! It was long over due in my way of thinking. The information in this book is much needed and I found the insight of the author to be something I coveted for all the doctor's and professionals I have encountered in the past ten years in helping both of my children in their recovery path, dealing with bipolar disorder. The author understands that we can only expect true connection with one another when we treat not just the symptoms but the whole person, ESPECIALLY, their spiritual being, if we expect any kind of true recovery from mental illness. I will be reading and sharing this book, many times, with many people. and I thank the author from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to put his thoughts in book form to share with us all
