Item description for Killer Princesses by Gail Simone & Lea Hernandez...
Overview Attractive but not very bright Tri-Omega sorority sisters Faith, Hope, and Charity are actually deadly assassins who mix attending college with taking on terrorists and government agents.
Publishers Description Meet Charity, Faith, and Hope: the girls of the Tri-Omega Sorority. To some, they're the most popular girls on their campus, but to others, they're the most unstoppable, cruel, and dangerous (not to mention dumbest) assassins in the world! They might not have the highest IQ, but they sure do know how to kick the crap out of the bad guys. Join the girls as they jump, skip, and river dance their way into a military base to bust the heads of evil villains and stop a nuclear weapon from being unleashed by a terrorist's spoiled son. Then, join them on their night out at a splendid gala event, which, unbeknownst to them, is hosted by an evil character from their sorority Mother's past! Who is he and why does he want the Princesses' leader dead? Will the girls be able keep their cool when put up against some of the cutest Russian terrorists to hit this side of the Pacific or will they spend the night lost in the eyes of the enemy while their leader is left alone back home? Plus, what happens when a new sorority sister is thrown into the mix? And what does a gravy boat have to do with anything? Danger, intrigue, and hilarity ensue as the girls race against the clock to save the day and get back home in time to look good for class!

Reviews - What do customers think about Killer Princesses?
by Gail Simone AND Lea Hernandez Oct 8, 2004
It's peculiar that the "from the Publisher" section mentions only Gail Simone and appears to be from 2002. Likewise, the byline I see right at this moment at the top of the page I am typing text into says, "Gail Simone". Why should I care? I am Lea Hernandez, the co-creator of this book, and also the artist. I am currently the artist for the Hardy Boys comic/graphic novel series for Papercutz. My previous work include Marvel Mangaverse Punisher, Rumble Girls (NBM 2004), Cathedral Child and Clockwork Angels (Cyberosia), and the forthcoming instructional book, Manga Secrets (North Light, Feb. 2005). Gail is currently the writer of DC Comics' Birds of Prey, has written an episode of the animated Justice League TV series, and about a million other things.
Don't let the half-accuracy of the information provided deter you: Gail and I poured a lot of love and time into Killer Princesses, and I sincerely hope you will buy and enjoy it.
