More About Claudio Freidzon
Rev. Claudio Freidzon was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 19 September, 1955. He married Betty Freidzon, and now has three children, Daniela (17), Sebastian (15), and Ezequiel (11).
He came to know the Lord when he was very young, had a personal encounter with Christ alone, in a clear place outside of the city of Buenos Aires. There he experienced his salvation in an extraordinary way, desiring to express the love of Christ to all that were around. In a short time God called him to prepare himself for full-time service, but Claudio had other plans. He began studying engineering at University and aspired to be a good Christian, but not a pastor. However, at a retreat, the Holy Spirit spoke to him so clearly that he decided to enter the Seminary with the strong purpose to serve God.
Freidzon graduated from the River Plate Bible Institute of the Assemblies of God in 1977 and began pastoral work together with his wife Betty in Parque Chas, Buenos Aires, where he served for seven years. He was a Bible teacher at recognized Bible Institutes and a Presbyter of his denomination over all the churches of Buenos Aires. He finished his post-graduate studies in the Institute of Higher Ministerial Training of the Assemblies of God (ISUM) with a degree in Theology.
