Christian Anti-Semitism Feb 11, 2008
This book really informs, as well as infuriates. I have learned a lot about Christian history's hatred of the Jews, and how it probably started with the Christian New Testament writings, especially the book of John. Later fuel for the fires of hatred came from Protestants such as Martin Luther and John Calvin, and of course the pre-Vatican II Catholic Church with it's charges of deicide, host desecration, and the "perfidious Jews" reference in the old latin mass. An excellent addition to any library on Jewish-Christian relations and Anti-Semitism. Well done.
