Reviews - What do customers think about The World's Top Photographers: Portraits: And the Stories Behind Their Greatest Images (World's Top Photographers)?
Good learning book Feb 9, 2008
Interviews with several noted photographers, they talk about their jobs. The print quality is great. Is a good book for learning about portrait photography, and non/photographers can enjoy it too.
Brillant! Dec 30, 2006
The photography in this book is stunning; the added insight into what the photographers were trying to achieve (mood, market etc) is definitely an added bonus.
This is definitely NOT a "how to" book. Specific lighting details (lights, position etc) can be sketchy to almost non-exist. This is not a photography cookbook but more of a window in the vision of the photographers.
