Erica Johnson-Crell played field hockey at Old Dominion University and Rutgers University. Since then she has coached for local high schools, clinics, camps and universities. She is an active coaching member of the USFHA Future's Olympic Development Program. She is well versed in coaching athletes of all ages within the regimen of various coaching styles. During her 14 years as a field hockey player and/or coach, Johnson-Crell has taught many athletes that have gone on to have great success in the sport. She resides in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband Barry.
