Item description for God Will Make a Way: What to Do When You Don't Know What to Do by Henry Cloud & John Townsend...
We all have times when we feel lost, we hurt and we find ourselves asking, "Where is God in all of this?" When the road gets rough and we dont know which way to turn, it can feel like God is so far away.
Even when we are not in a crisis, there are times when it seems something is missing. There is an uncomfortable distance between where we are and were we want to be.
When you find yourself in that place, you are in a window of opportunity where you can experience God like you never have before; where you can see His supernatural power at work more clearly than when things are going your way.
In God Will Make a Way, Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend present eight fascinating and persuasive principles that demonstrate how God enters both the heart-breaking situation and the life looking for more.
This book shows how you can apply these eight principles to key areas of your life. And when you do
- Your relationships will be better. Your dreams of growing closer to a loved one, a friend, and to God will materialize.
- Youll have more control over your life. Youll have better success with setting boundaries, and emotionally, youll begin to feel the way you really want to feel.
- Youll satisfy your spiritual hunger. Youll rediscover the wonder of childlike faith and reconnect with the God you know as loving, accepting, and wanting the best for you.
God Will Make a Way is about the often-surprising ways God shows up in our lives and how He addresses our problems in ways we never thought possible.

Good Book Mar 25, 2008
Overall, it's a really good read and book, with a lot of useful/practical information. It covers a lot of our everyday life situations and gives us a practical teaching/understanding of them backed up with Scriptures. You can feel the author's genuine care for the readers; it's inspirational but not preachy. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to have a place to start their journey with God (a basic understanding) that's practical and applicable.

God Will Make a Way Oct 23, 2007
CD order God Will Make a Way Very dissatisfactory. CD came and was defective, one song couldn't hear a thing and 5 more spasmodic. Wrote them. Had to go thru things I couldn't understand to get permission to send it back so wrote them again and finally just sent it back and asked for a refund or a product that was not defective. They wrote and said they credited me minus postage. I paid for postage coming to me and going back to them so I didn't owe them any postage. Too much hassle and unsatisfactory customer service.
