More About Donal Dorr
Donal Dorr is a theologian and missionary with a wide range of both academic and pastoral experience in five continents. He has lectured in many universities and colleges and spent some years on the staff of an institute of inter-church and inter-religious moral and religious education. His particular interest at present is in the nurturing, through seminars and intense workshops, the spirituality of Christians and of religious "searchers." He is the author of ten previous books including "Remove the Heart of Stone," "Spirituality and Justice," "Divine Energy: God Beyond Us, Within Us, Among Us," "Mission in Today's World," "Faith at Work," and "Spirituality, Our Deepest Heart's Desire." A greatly expanded and adapted new edition of his book "Option for the Poor" is to be published in September 2012 by Orbis Books under the new title "Option for the Poor and for the Earth."
