Recipes for some of the best East Indian dishes (with colour pictures!) Jun 28, 2008
I've owned this book for over five years and have tried several dozen of the recipes. Every one has been a hit so far: the resultant dishes rival anything you could find in a thali (indian serving dish) ordered at the best of indian restaurants. Kudos to the chefs and author of the book!

For those who are knowledgeable about North Indian food and cooking as well as the Maurya hotel group's Indian restaurants, this is an excellent recipe book.

I picked up this book in a local store (I basically liked the planner style layout of the book). Overall I think the recipes are good (authentic), all ingredients are authentically Indian and all recipes have accompanying images.
