Three years ago when I was chair of our Pastor Nominating committee (Presbyterian Church (USA) this book was recommended to me so I bought copies for the whole committee (7). The book was a big help since all of us were sailing in uncharted waters, so to speak. Do yourself, your church, AND the Pastor you will eventually hire a big favor by getting this book early on. And may the Holy Spirit guide you through the process!
