Reviews - What do customers think about How To Be Happy Wife Of An Unsaved Husband?
Life Saver! Jan 19, 2006
Wow does this book hit the nail on the head!! I recommend it to every woman that is saved and is struggling because her husband is not. I just gave my copy to a fellow sister a few days ago, but have already decided to buy another copy to keep around for the powerful prayers and insight it contains. The author personally went through years of devastation in her own experiences with her unsaved husband (you'll think she's talking about YOUR marriage!). I'd thank Mrs. Davis for writing this book in person if I could! :D
Best Book On the Subject Nov 8, 2001
I've read several books,on both the subjects of being spiritually single and on submission, and this is the best one so far! It imbued me with the courage to get back in there and continue to pray for/encourage/stand by/stay with my unsaved husband. Rather than lay heavy guilt trips (like so many books of this genre do) on an already deeply burdened heart, this book lifts the burden off and gives a well-deserved pat on the back of women who are, in many instances, the only ones praying for these men. I credit this woman with picking me up when I was about to veer off the path and with being a part of the future (hopefully) salvation of my husband. Great, great book! I highly recommend it.
Addendum to this review: approximately 1 year ago, my husband gave his life to the Lord...so hang in there, women. Keep on praying!
Certainly Something to Chew On Mar 7, 2000
I found Mrs. Davis' book very helpful scripturally. The scriptures that she used clearly takes the burden/condemnation off the wife married to a non-believer, and places it squarely on the shoulders of the non-believer. It provided a lot of GREAT insight into a husbands understanding of a wife's relationship with God. A definate read for women married to non-christians.
