Reviews - What do customers think about How to Rebuild and Modify Carter/Edelbrock Carburetors: Performance, Street, and Off-Road Applications?
Information Mar 28, 2008
book is lacking information> it does not cover all models nor does it cover model numbers for exchanges or cross referances
Good overview of topic, but lacking detail Feb 27, 2008
This book covered the history of the Carter/Edelbrock companies and the variety of carburetor products they have offered. I personally was more interested in getting my carburetor tuned and less about history and how a carburetor works...although the latter is useful information to the uneducated. The information on tuning was pretty weak. There just wasn't a good step-by-step procedure laid out. I did better by downloading the "owner's manual" on line. However, if interested in rebuilding your carburetor, the step-by-step with color pictures is nice.
fantastic book--excellent quality Jan 10, 2008
This book was actually much better than I anticipated it to be. It is so full of information and the quality is simply amazing for the price paid. Absolutely a winner.
