Reviews - What do customers think about Japan's Imperial Forest Coryorin, 1889-1946: With a Supporting Study of the Kan/Min Division of Woodland in Early Meiji Japan, 1871-76?

Wonderful addition to his previous works on Japanese forestry  May 17, 2008
This book is well suited for anyone interested in forestry history, the history of Japan's imperial household, and may even hold some value to those looking at property rights in Japan. Although not as accessible to the non-specialist as The Green Archipelago and The Lumber Industry in Early Modern Japan, it is still a wonderful scholarly work.
