Publishers Description Why do people succeed? When we look at successful people we see people of all demographics: old and young, male and female, rich and poor - even educated and nearly-illiterate. So what makes them successful? Chuck Reaves studied the lives of hundreds of successful people and found the common thread. This is a principle that you can use to achieve your success in life, however you define success. At first it will seem simple. The concept seems to be that you never give up. However, there is much more to perseverance that just keeping on keeping on. Using The Theory of 21, you can learn how to map out your success, how to overcome the inevitable obstacles and, best of all, how to find the people who will help you. You will learn how to be a 21 and which type of 21 you will want to be.

Reviews - What do customers think about The Theory of 21?
Laugh from 0 on the way to 21. Apr 15, 2009
Chuck writes about the person you know, the person you have heard of, and the person you could be...
It's simply not enough to classify people as just the 'Tiggers' and 'Eyore's' in the office. Yes,the hundred acre wood can be a dangerous place filled with others, but Chuck unmasks these Heffalumps.
If you want a simple explanation for the reason roadblocks remain, or how they get removed, look no further.
Chuck offers an easy read, but also a bit of a memory jogging, thought provoking, theory for why, and how the very few people experience measurable successes where many others have stopped and rested against what they percieve to be that immovable object.
If you ever worked for a large corporation, or a small company, you will appreciate the advice and perspective offered in this book.
Note: Do not read at night before sleeping, you will wake up your spouse as you will laugh out loud while turning the pages. You will recognize the people who are 21's, those pretending to be 21's and all the rest in between.
