"ROCK STAR SOLID" May 4, 2010
Chantel's CD's are a part of my daily life. I need to keep my focus -- so, I keep the CD's in my car and try to listen ALL the time. The Five Decisions are perfect to apply to any issues we may have -- 1) BE TRUTHFUL, 2) BE FORGIVING, 3) BE COMMITTED, 4) BE INTERESTED, 5) SURRENDER. That's it! A perfect tool to help me get my "brain straight"... Praise be to GOD! Thank you Chantel!
there are better ones out there. Apr 17, 2010
I found the content of this book to be very weak. Based upon the author's bio, I was expecting something profound or extraordinary. But, there wasn't. The exercise photos are good ones, however.
Diet Tired and Exasperated! Feb 28, 2010
If you really and truly want to lose weight, this is the program to follow. It is no-nonsense and relatively easy to follow.
I just finished my sixth week. The hardest part for me is getting myself in gear to exercise. But, once I do, it ain't nuthin' but a thing! Phase 2 required me to measure and weigh myself. I really only wanted to do the measuring part, but now I can say that I'm glad I am doing both because I can see how each has their place.
When I got out of the military in 1989, I hated running so much that I promised myself I would never work out again. My husband and I have tried Weight Watcher's and South Beach but never with any long term success. With Chantel's method, I feel more confident than ever about losing the weight, even though a much slower progress, for the rest of my life.
Love it! Feb 2, 2010
Best book on diet and changing of the mind that I've read. Looking foward to taking the journey of changing my mind one day at a time.
