Item description for A New World Order Is Coming: Who Will Rule? by Cathy Burns...
"Peace, peace, we must have peace at any cost," is the cry being heard from every quarter today. If we don't soon agree to have a peaceful world, we may all die in a nuclear holocaust. So, what will it take to have a peaceful coexistence? The answer given is the establishment of a one world government. In addition to a one world government, there will be a one world religion and a one world economy. What is also needed in a one world government is a leader. Who will this leader be?
In spite of many plans for this new world government, there is still one obstacle in the way. What or WHO is this obstacle?
Each of these topics is discussed in detail in this book and then compared to the Bible to see how prophecy is being fulfilled.
This is an excellent, concise primer about the coming One World Order.

Reviews - What do customers think about A New World Order Is Coming: Who Will Rule??
Just Terrible Aug 9, 2007
So many of the Christian leaders in the book are attacked. But that's probably mind control, they don't know, the aliens are controlling their thoughts! What? This is another sad attempt to discredit the great Christian leaders who are working hard to solve problems in the world. If Cathy isn't solving them by writing her ramblings then I guess we should all just give up.
Good new world order stuff, but misses "the mark". Mar 15, 2005
I have read other books by Cathy Burns and overlall I like her writings especially the one on Masonic and Occult symbols. But this book was so-so for me. She spends about four chapters dealing with the IMPLEMENTATION of the mark of the beast via the United Nations, and their plans to destroy all non-conformists, ie, Christians. She also goes into their goal of food and economic monopolies. But where I have serious problems with Cathy Burns is her IDENTIFICATION of what the mark of the beast is. She believes that it can only be a literal mark on the forehead. She uses the Greek word "charagma" which she states means "etching" which it does mean, but it also means "a stamp,an imprinted mark, thing carved,GRAVEN WORK of IDOLTROUS WORK". The word can also stand for an idol, but more importantly it marks those who will apostasize when the mark of the beast is enforced. It is the mark of apostasy. See other Bible texts where God also marks His people on their forheads-Eze. 9:4,Rev. 7:3,Rev.9:4;14:1. Also, the whore of Revelation is described as having a name written on her "forehead", she symbolizes the apostate church, and like their mother, her children also have a mark on their foreheads. The mark of the beast can be a spiritual identifier. Overall, I give the book a "C" grade. I recommend Dave Hunt's book A Woman Rides the Beast, and also Josiah Sutton's book the Illuminati 666 instead.
