Easily one of the best books I ever read on health. Cass really knows his stuff, and if you follow the recommendations for your type, you will be strong and filled with vitality. He lets you know in a "no holds bar" way that certain things are poison to your health such as sugar, and alcohol. Everyone wanting to make serious health gains needs to read this book, know which type they are, and eat accordingly. Peace
