A waste of money Nov 18, 2004
I waited over a year for this book to be published in the United States. When it arrived I was shocked to see that the measurements in the recipes are in grams, litres and celsius. If I had wanted this I could have ordered the book from this site UK.
In addition the book bills itself as being a macrobiotic cookbook yet it contains both tomatoes and peppers, both of which are not eaten on a macrobiotic diet.
