this is an excellent book. very well written. the author began his sales career in London. he was hired by Xerox, and achieved success as a cold-call salesman. he details the emotional struggles and discouragement he faced on a daily basis. he overcomes these through persistence, determination, and a smattering of psychology. i recommend this book as it is useful guide to not only sales, but also overcoming the doubts and challenges every human being faces in all facets of life.
