More About Sullivan
Dr. Bill M. Sullivan began his ministry in a home mission church in Denver in 1957. He has spoken at numerous church growth seminars and has developed two church growth strategies and authored Growth-Timer for small churches and POINT, a comprehensive program of process evangelism (Prayer - Outreach - Incorporation - New Birth - Training). He also was coeditor of The Smaller Church in a Super Church Era. Sullivan has directed church growth efforts nationally and internationally for more than 5000 churches. He lives in the Kansas City area. Jon Johnston is the author of six books including, Christian Excellence: Alternative to Success, as well as numerous articles. He is also an ordained minister, licensed family therapist, Chairperson of ANSR (Association of Nazarene Sociologists and Researchers), and professor at Pepperdine University. He received a B.D. from NTS and Ph.D. in Sociology from the Ohio State University. His books, Courage: You Can Stand Strong in the Face of Fear and Stuck in a Sticky World, received Angel Awards for excellence in Christian media.
