Surprise Mar 19, 2010
I thought this was part of a series and was very surprised when I started reading. The book was a good read, but unlike anything I have read from Beverly Lewis in the past.

Another Beverly Lewis Classic Dec 27, 2008
What can I say I like all of Beverly Lewis's books. I love to read about the Amish and their simple lives and good moral values. They work hard and are kind and loving people.
Beverly Lewis in her books uncovers some of the more "English" ways they at times participate in which leads to severe consequences.
I enjoy the books but they do become somewhat predictable, others have told what the story is about so I'll just say it's good and worth reading.
Lewis - A Name to Remember Oct 9, 2008
You can hear the carriages along country roads - smell the food cooking - feel the love of the people for one another and God. Lancaster County is a special place and will always be dear to my heart. I thank Beverly and David Lewis for keeping it so alive.
