Covenant Publishing, Incorporated, Jan 1, 2003 - Religion - 173 pages
Dr. Robinson has addressed a real problem with true courage. Youth pastors, counselors, youth workers, and parents have turned deaf ears to the hurtful cries of our desperate teens. They want to know that caring, Christian adults dare to answer their sexual dilemmas directly, biblically, and through modeled behavior. Beth urges teen caregivers to listen, but importantly to act on their behalf for the sake of Christ's church

Full of substance, practical, challenging, and enlightening! Jun 28, 2004
Robinson does a wonderful job in this book. She caputures the essentials that youth workers need for effective minisitry. She offers real situations and then processes the situation so you can apply what is taught on the subject. She also does a great job at discussing the topics that many churches and youth ministers are naive about, such as sexual abuse, homosexuality, and sexual activity.
