Overview Why being good is not good enough and how to find the true righteousness that God is looking for in our lives. Dr. Dinkins pulls no punches. This book sounds a clear warning to all good people: Unless you experience the righteousness of God, hell will be in your future! Why would a just God send good people to hell, you might ask? That is the very question Dr. Dinkins addresses in this book. Unless you know the answer to that question, you might spend the other side of eternity apart from the presence of God!

This is an excellent book for young people who desire to understand the truth about their souls in having a righteous relationship with God. This is a soul winning, character building book. This is the kind of book millions of americans young and old are looking for. It helps to explain what happens with our lives when we step from life to death. Chapter 6 on the true meaning of sex is awsome!
The truth about God's claim of righteousness Apr 6, 2002
This is one of the most important books written on the subject of God's righteousness. This is a 21st century book. It's an easy to read book for the layman. It's an excellent study guide for the serious Bible student and scholar. It's an compelling book filled with fresh revelation that edifies the soul. This book is a wakeup call to those people that think because they are a "good person" and yet have no relationship with God, but think they are in upright standing with God because of their "good person" perception of themselves. Here's the message. God is not looking for good people. He's never looked for good people. He looks for righteous people! Hell Is Full Of Good People! But the righteous man finds his way home to God. I love the fresh definition of righteousness that this book gives. It points out that righteousness is: "God's claim of authority upon our lives through Jesus Christ and we submitting our wills to him." This the kind of plain bottom line truth we need to know in America. This book confronts the scholar and the street philosopher alike. This book is a fresh wind blowing to reach men's soul without being offensive yet confrontational enough to stop and make you think about your relationship the Creator of life. This book surprises you on every page with something to think about. It's an excellent book. I give it five stars!
