By understanding these biochemical processes, individuals learn how to eat more efficiently in order not to gain weight from overeating. Recipes for people who want to lose weight and maintain an ideal weight level are included and are based on the biochemical processes that occur in the digestive system.

Reviews - What do customers think about The Biochemical Key: A Practical Way to Control Your Weight - Advice and Recipes?
A pleasant surprise Dec 5, 2003
I bought the book after random surfing - looking for yet another diet. To my surprise, the Biochemical Key is a doing wonders. I eat much more, weigh less, and feel more energetic. The description of the theory and the practical aspects are straightforward and easy to understand. Pretty amazing that this has not been done before. It's just a matter of understanding that eating healthy is the solution to being overweight. The basic trick is simply getting over our addiction to sugar and its derivatives. I still miss the sugar - but it's well worth it Have a shot - I don't think you'll regret it.
