Item description for Feminism vs. Women by Ashley Herzog...

Overview
Is feminism a movement that aims to promote the interests of all women? Their actions over the last few decades, from the women's studies departments of academia to the halls of Congress, indicate that the answer is "no." In practice, the modern feminist movement is not a movement to promote freedom and equality for all women, no matter what their social, political, or religious beliefs may be. It operates as a rigid ideology dictating what women should think and how they should live. Although they might claim to speak for all women, many feminists have absolutely no interest in advocating for the majority of them. Instead, they aim to mold all women into loyal, obedient liberals who tow the establishment line. For all their caterwauling about "choice" and "women's rights," feminists fail to respect women's most important right of all: the right to think and act for ourselves.

Reviews - What do customers think about Feminism vs. Women?

Great work  Feb 23, 2009
I sincerely enjoyed reading this. It's great work from a very talented (and very young) author. I look forward to following her in the future.

And, whoever posted that review is an idiot. Ashley says many times in the book that she went to Ohio University, NOT Ohio State.

Great Book  Feb 23, 2009
The book was a great read. It is truly an eye opener on the feminist movement. Ashley Herzog did her homework; the book is well researched and does a wonderful job citing sources throughout the book.

Zach review is nothing more than a personal attack on Ashley Herzog. Zach should probably at least buy the book to know Ashley went to Ohio University not Ohio State. Zach is clearly jealous of Ashley success and probably lives in his parent's basement and spends his Saturday nights jerking off to Ashley photos.

Ashley did a wonderful job writing this book. You can tell Ashley did a successful job on this book by the attack she is now getting from the liberal left propaganda machine. Zach is nothing more than a mouth piece of lies from the left.

Keep up the good work Ashley!
