Reviews - What do customers think about Christmas Cookies: Bite-Size Holiday Lessons?
The Best Book for Learning the Best Jan 2, 2010
I work in a library and saw this book on a cart. I picked it up and read it and was enchanted with how an author could make so many adult concepts explained to children in a way that children could understand. This book makes me wish I had children to sit down and cuddle with to read this book to every Christmas. A gift to be wished for from me would be to see a child understand each concept as the Christmases go by.
This book is going on my Christmas list to buy for my friends with children.
Cute book about life lessons... Aug 5, 2009
...but the recipe in the back was seriously lacking. My daughter has been begging to make the cookie recipe at the back of the book for months, so we made them today. Very bland, with no taste. Cute book though. I guess that's all that matters, since you wouldn't buy the book for the recipe.
