Real Help for Hurting People Dec 10, 2002
There are 2 parts to this book - First are inspirational stories of real people receiving help from God. The second part is very practical things people who live with pain can do. This section has a wonderful list of ways people can help themselves feel as good as possible, and detailed explanations of each suggestion. It would be especially helpful for those who, because they are suffering, are having trouble finding out what might work and what to do about it. Also, as the author says, we are ALL in some kind of pain some time, and we can all use her great list of ways to feel better!

This book has such a powerful message. Jul 7, 1999
I have never seen a book that has brought so many inpirational stories to life. Ms Welch has chosen the perfect way to show us that no matter how bad things look, there is always joy to be found. Daily I find new ways to put this book into action not only for myself but for others.
