Reviews - What do customers think about The Story of Noah's Ark?
Very appealing Mar 8, 2007
The Story of Noah's Ark begins with Genesis 8:1 But God remembered Noah and all the wild animals and tame animals with him in the boat. The Story of Noah's Ark is a delightful retelling of how God directed Noah to build an ark because there would be a big flood. God didn't like how people behaved and decided to start over, but He promised that He would keep Noah safe.
After Noah and his sons built the Ark, God directed Noah to take two of every animal with them on the boat. The rain came, as God had promised, and continued to fall for a long time. One day, after the rain stopped, Noah found land. God had kept His promise and Noah, his family and the animals could start over with their lives.
At the end of the book there are questions about the story that children and their caregivers can discuss. They will help children understand and appreciate the story.
The illustrations are appealing and children will delight in naming the animals.
Armchair Interviews says: A wonderful story to learn about the Bible.
