Reviews - What do customers think about Best Of A W Tozer V1?
relevant Sep 11, 2008
I am not even finished with this book yet, however, I am loving it. A.W. Tozer is great with words and expressing his thoughts on personal life and the church. He is not schooled through seminary which is why I believe that the average person would understand and enjoy his teachings.

The Best of A.W. Tozer contains a variety of Tozers' Short essays on a wide variety of subjects. Like my other favorite Christian author, C.S. Lewis, Tozer is perceptive, original, plain-spoken, not squeamish about any subject of concern to the Christian reader. His wisdom, discernment and insight into the lives and concerns of committed Christians is of great practical use when making decisions, or thinking over a situation. Although not a "self-help" book per se, Tozer's observations and insights are drawn from the greatest of all self-help books, the Bible.
